WeAccounted provides finance operations support, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, reporting, cash-flow tracking, process setup, and related operational support. The exact scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees are agreed separately before paid work begins.
No Tax, Legal, Or Investment Advice
Our services are operational and bookkeeping-focused. Unless expressly agreed in writing, WeAccounted does not provide legal, tax, audit, payroll compliance, investment, or regulated financial advice. Clients should consult qualified professionals for those matters.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information.
- Maintain appropriate access to accounting, banking, payroll, and operating systems.
- Review and approve payments, payroll, filings, client-facing commitments, and final decisions where required.
- Notify us promptly of changes in scope, deadlines, or business requirements.
Access And Data
Clients are responsible for granting appropriate access to relevant tools and records. We recommend least-privilege access wherever possible. We do not ask for unnecessary password sharing and may request secure access methods when available.
Fees And Payment
Fees, billing cadence, payment terms, and any deposits are agreed in the applicable proposal or invoice. Late or unpaid invoices may pause delivery until payment is received.
Confidentiality
We treat client financial and operational information as confidential. Where needed, a separate NDA may be used before sensitive documents, payroll information, bank details, or internal records are shared.
Quality And Limitations
We aim to provide accurate, structured, and dependable work. However, outcomes depend on the quality of source data, client approvals, system access, and timely communication. We do not guarantee specific revenue, collection, tax, or financing outcomes.
